Here's what to expect:

• Six Weeks of Teachings & Meditations: Each week, you'll receive guided meditations and lessons emailed to you, crafted to help you unlearn old patterns and embrace new insights.
   
• Channeled Messages & Q&A: You'll have the opportunity to receive channeled messages from my guides and even ask them your own questions for clarity on your soul path.
   
• Live Weekly Sessions: We’ll meet every Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 8:30 PM via Zoom. The sessions will be recorded and emailed to you afterward, so you can replay them or catch up if you miss one.

Kaitlyn offers her expertise as a registered dietitian, movement instructor, and breathwork facilitator helping women regulate hormones, reduce stress, and feel strong and supported in their bodies. Together, they have crafted a day that blends spirit and science, movement and stillness, so you can reset on every level.
